Returns & Warranty
We are reasonable people, if you have a warranty claim or want to return a product, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 011-41604278 and we will provide a solution.
All claims for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days. All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from us.
If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit. We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
We offer a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from usage, drops and spills.
In case any refund/exchange claim is made within 3 days we reserve the right to grant partial refunds based on our discretion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account. No exchange for edited video.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. In such cases, we will clearly state that certain items are non-refundable during the time of purchase.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for broken and damaged items received. For other claims you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EMF has the full the right to refuse or deny any order made by you under any circumstances and we will refund the entire amount to you, while cancellation. The amount will be credited in your account within 7 to 14 working days.
Any data more than 10 GB will not cover this cost, which is mentioned in website and is subject to extra payment as per the present market rates.
When You use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Intellectual Property Rights
This refers to all current patent rights, mask work rights, rights of publicity, copyright rights, moral rights, trade dress and service mark rights, trademark, trade secret rights, goodwill and other intellectual property, as well as those that are to exist in the future, and all applications of the said rights and registrations, extensions and renewals thereof, under the laws of territory, country and state, or other jurisdiction.
Your account will enable you to have access to the Service, including all its functionality which we may create and maintain every so often.
A Client has full access and control over his profile and over his interactions with the Service.
Should you open an account with us on behalf of the Service, another individual or organization, then (a) “you” is means both you and whoever you represent, and (b) you acknowledge that you are authorized by the entity to act on its behalf, can agree on the Terms on behalf of the entity, and you are therefore authorized to bind the entity to this Agreement authorization.
